All delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors out of our control but we will do our best to help rectify any situation if it arises..

We operate this website as a 'mail order' service. In order to maintain our competitive prices and quick service, we do not work from a single retail premises. As our goods are stored at different locations, order collections are only possible on a pre-arranged time/date.

Backorder Items:

​

When purchasing items that are on Back Order they can take 7 to 14 working days to arrive, Sometimes longer depending on the part and might take up to 4 weeks. If the items you purchase on backorder are going to be longer than this then we will contact you to advise a delivery date but if you are unsure of anything please contact us via email and we will be happy to give you an estimated date before you order.

Proof of Delivery:

A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all deliveries big or small. Business addresses are preferred but not essential, however, they do sometimes get a quicker service than home addresses.

Standard Delivery to the U.K. Mainland:

Normally takes 1 to 3 working days to get to you from the day you order. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday, Orders up to 1kg in weight or of a value of under £35.00 are usually sent by Royal Mail, over 1kg and it will usually be sent by Fedex. Alternative methods are sometimes used.

European Customers - We do NOT charge VAT - you might have to pay Import Duties & VAT before the parcel is delivered either with Parcel Force, Fedex or DHL.

Scheduled Deliveries

If you absolutely must have delivery on a specific day or a timed delivery (before 09:30 or before 12:00) please telephone or e-mail us for a quote before ordering. These services are offered by our couriers but at a premium price!
